Inspiration: If you have ever spent an entire day answering phones, whether it be as a virtual receptionist, an answering service, a dispatch service, it can be a rewarding experience, but it can also be taxing at times.
Pleasing customers does not always mean saying “YES”. Sometimes there are tasks customers ask us to do which are outside of our area of expertise. In those instances, our answer will be “No”. We can usually point them in the direction of a company which does offer that service.
