When a new customer calls your office and is put right into voice mail, or worse yet, is met with a surly greeting from a frazzled receptionist, what do you think is likely to happen? I think it happens pretty often and we don’t necessarily get notified when it does, so it is always nice when one of our clients calls to thank us. Again this week another one of our long-time clients called us to say “Thank you“. Why? Because this customer, who runs a medical supply company, was one of three companies who referred by another company.
