On April 1st, 2015 Central Communications Answering Service opened a new office in Henderson, Nevada. Seven of Central’s existing employees from its’ Riverside, CA office are now calling Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada home. Central is in the process of hiring more Customer Service Agents and expects to be fully staffed by the 4th quarter of 2015.
Our Henderson, Nevada office, located at 2420 W Horizon Ridge Parkway, not only extends the market reach of Central Communications, but also provides a backup disaster Recovery location for the Riverside office.
By design, the new Henderson, Nevada office has an exact duplicate set of the equipment located in our Riverside, California operation. The calls are handled in tandem between both sites ensuring high staffing levels, and little or no hold time.
